Executive Team

Kevin McKee

Chief Executive Officer

As a child, Kevin was fascinated by the complexity of building and construction. That childhood fascination eventually led him to establish his own company, Pangman Development Corporation.

Kevin’s career in real estate development began in 1991 when he joined Avison Young after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Following 13 successful years at Avison Young, Kevin joined WAM Development Group, where he was responsible for projects totalling $525 million.

In early 2010, Kevin left WAM to focus solely on Pangman Development Corporation, which he’d founded in 1996. A lifelong Edmontonian, he saw an opportunity in the market for a professional development company focused on projects that transform how people experience the city he loves.

Under Kevin’s forthright, reliable and generous leadership, Pangman has become one of Edmonton’s most prominent real estate development corporations with over $600 million in total assets owned and under development. Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys being with his family and giving back to the community. He sits on several committees for charitable organizations and serves on the Stollery Children Hospital Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Ben Dutton

Chief Operating Officer

As COO for Pangman Development Corporation, Ben spends most of his time collaborating with a wide range of people and finding solutions to complex problems. It’s a role that makes the most of his natural curiosity and expertise in leadership, strategy, project management, and systems and processes.

Ben joined Pangman in 2017, bringing 20 years of construction experience as a civil engineer, developer and general contractor to the company. In addition to earning a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an MBA, Ben also served in the  British Army.

As a leader, Ben is known for being strategic, determined, meticulous and quietly funny. Like his colleagues, he is also passionate about bringing Edmonton communities to life through innovative, creative developments and unleashing the hidden potential in different parts of the city.

Outside the office, Ben loves spending time with his family and unwinds by cooking and playing hockey. He serves on the Board of Directors for Little Warriors and is a member of YPO Alberta and NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association).
